Challenge Safe List

Several settings within the Servd dashboard allow you to challenge incoming traffic in order to block automated requests. We maintain a 'safe list' of IP addresses for known non-malicious services which will always remain unchallenged regardless of a project's settings to ensure projects can remain functional even when traffic mitigations are enabled.

If you would like a service to be considered for inclusion in this list, send us a message to support@servd.host or reach out via live chat. We'll review to ensure it is a service that we can easy identify within our firewall rules and has the potential to be used by multiple projects on our platform. If both apply we'll get the service added to the list.
