The following Supplemental Terms (“Terms”), unless otherwise specified, are provided to supplement Servd's Terms & Conditions, and any other agreement that explicitly incorporates these Terms by reference (collectively, the “General Terms”). Unless defined below, all capitalised terms will have the definitions given to such terms in the General Terms.

Asset Platform

1. Use of the Servd Asset platform is restricted to non-video files, with the exception of gifs which are considered images.
2. Servd may, with or without notice to you, and without liability of any kind, temporarily limit the number of requests or amount of bandwidth your files can consume if processing such requests or bandwidth would put an undue burden on the Servd platform, or otherwise threaten the integrity of the Servd’s platform or its constituent parts.
3. Files stored on the Servd Asset Platform are for the sole use of projects hosted on the Servd platform. Servd may, with or without notice to you, and without liability of any kind, block access to files which we believe are being used primarily by projects or applications external to the Servd platform.
